Hey John! How awesome of you to drop by - welcome! This is a pretty awesome group, so I second KFFE/Chasing in encouraging you to hang around. Your work with David has obviously inspired a lot of people here - I cannot wait for my shiny signed copy of the Avox album to arrive!

Hey John, good to see you here! Just listened to some AVOX as I watched the lunar eclipse - awesome experience I had completely forgotten about the music stems being available soon. I'll definitely try my hand at remixing some of the songs! Stick around

Is there/will there be any Avox sheet music? I've been messing around a little bit with The Legacy, trying to figure it out by ear and write it out for flute so I can play it...

Avox website is living and I hope this is only the beginning. The backgrounds are awesome and there is a direct link to this forum. No video for the moment (maybe soon).

So, I'm a film student, and this year in school we have to make a personal film about whatever we want. I think I've decided on what I want to do, but I can't stop thinking about certain pieces on The Fragile World in my head when I think about my film's soundtrack. I'm obviously not going to use their music in my film without permission, so I was wondering if there was any way to actually get permission...? I haven't decided on which piece I would want to use exactly, I'm just ballparking to see if it's in any way a possibility.

I can't remember how I did it (PM, I think?) but I've gotten in contact with David before - I'm sure if you contacted him and outlined what you were thinking of doing and how you'd be wanting to use one of his tracks (how as in who would see it, methods of distribution/reuse/commercialisation etc), he might be willing to discuss it with you. Can't hurt to ask, anyway, right? Good luck with your project, you should keep us up to date in the Creative Forum as you go! That section could use some new life...

So, this is completely random but I recently read The Hunger Games - a tad late on the bandwagon, I know - but I read all three books with Avox in the background and it all matched up freakishly well. To anyone looking to read those books or re-read them, I suggest having an Avox soundtrack. Legit. Kbye

Completely agree! I read the books a little over a year ago and didn't even make the connection until the trailer came out. Everyone talked about how good the music was and then I couldn't stop thinking about how absolutely PERFECT Avox is for it.

Is it just me or has the AVOX website been updated recently? I don't remember it being as awesome as it currently is.
