David post from December 7: you must get the keane record. the single doesn't compare to some of the tracks on there. especially "she has no time": that song will change you. i used a kurzweil pc88 for strings (the best strings sounds i've ever found if it's not the real thing), a korg triton for pads, an access virus for programming (not drum loops, just tonal arps and such), and a yamaha motif for pianos and other sounds on "the beauty & the tragedy" as well as on "more than this" (we used a real piano on the studio album, of course). if you only had one board i guess i would say get the yamaha, but i need all 4 (and probably more down the road) to get the job done.[/list] |

Well, now that the CD is pushed back to July 26th, July will be a big month for me...
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and More than This are mere days apart... I better have some money in July, cause i refuse to not have these things on their release dates. haha

where did you get this date from? Something unofficial from Epic, but I still have no doubt that the release date will shift half a dozen more times before we have it in hand. It's just nice to have a point in time to look forward to. |
