Love it.
It was great to see an old friend "Desert Lands" appear in its new form on the album.
Listening to "Even Better" after first three seconds I was like WTF??? But surprisingly loved the song.
"To Be a Man" is my favorite so far. Beautiful lyrics.

Figured might as well create a thread for discussion.

So far I love it! Especially Blind and Queen of Hearts.

Tried to listen to Lana Del Rey's version of "Video Games" for the first time. Couldn't make it past first verse. David's cover is so much better.

Years ago we had some videos from Molly Malone's shows.
Have you seen them? If not, you can try searching the board for the links.

It was great... David played every other song with jake Scott and joined jake on most of his... Here's his songs in order(if I remember correctly):

My immortal
A song for the weary
Crush (archuleta... Replaced bridge with fresh prince)
Dark lullaby?
A thousand years

Picture coming soon (sorry I didn't record)

Hey All,
I am really wanting to view/download any live recordings of Trading Yesterday/DH Tour/Age of Information/Arrows to Athens.
I cannot seem to find much on Youtube anymore....and I'm really have trouble finding videos that I have watched on there. Frustrating.

If anyone has any links or has actual video footage that they can direct me to, I would be grateful.

Also, there is a video on Youtube from the tour with Daughtry, with the uploader naming the song "Today." It is clearly David's band playing with Daughtry singing. Does anyone know if this song was ever released by anyone (like, did David sell the song to someone...since neither he nor Daughtry have released it).

Thanks!

After several additional listens, I have to say that I really love this EP. A few of the songs sound like they are DH originals (again, I hadn't heard 4 of the 6 songs before hearing this).
I really like all of the original songs on the Weapons EP, so I think I appreciate that one differently because I grew up on those songs. These songs (on Sirens) have a totally different vibe and beauty, but no nostalgia, so I get a very different feeling listening to them. I can appreciate them without thinking back to yesteryear.
I am glad that DH was willing to take such a big risk with these songs (female pop songs). It definitely paid off in the end. Fantastic.
